Previously, guests of the hotel used the dining facilities offered by the Alveston Manor, the Swan’s Nest’s sister hotel. However, following the hotel’s refurbishment in 2008 the Macdonald Swan’s Nest has welcomed in the franchise of Le Bistrot Pierre.
The restaurant has a luxurious rich but relaxed surroundings, and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a fixed 2-3 course menu, a la carte and pre-theatre dining. The emphasis is on responsibly sourced French cuisine.
